Q1. Why is my RAJ SHREE garment imperfectly perfect? Is it handmade?

Each RAJ SHREE garment is either hand-printed or hand-embellished - making each piece unique. Our Quality Check team works according to international standards to ensure each piece is imperfectly perfect rather than machine perfect. We value the imperfections of all the unique hand embellishments and their beauty - the way it should be loved and appreciated.

 

Q2. What is meant by high-end fabrics?

We believe the beauty of clothing lies in its basics - the fabric. We meticulously pick fabrics that are comfortable, durable, and exude the best sense of style and fashion.

 

Q3. How should I care for my RAJ SHREE clothes?

To maintain original condition, we recommend that you dry clean the garment. Do not iron on hand-embellishments or embroidery. Do not bleach the garment.

We provide extra buttons, sequins, and beads - in case any of them comes out during wash or wear.

Order and Payment-related Queries

Q1. How do I place an order?

You can easily place an order on www.therajshree.com in 3 steps:

1.    Create your account through phone number and email ID

2.    Add your favorite products to the cart

3.    Pay and checkout :-)

 

Q2. How will I know that my order has been successfully placed?

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will be notified through all of the below:

1.    SMS on your registered phone number

2.    Detailed invoice on your registered email address (check your spam/junk folder)

3.    Update on “My Orders” section in your RAJ SHREE Account

 

In case you have not received any of the above, you can share your order details with us through Email, WhatsApp, Live Chat, and we will resolve your query.

 

Q3. What if my favorite products are stock-out?

You can click on the “Notify Me” option on the product page. Once the product is back in stock, we will notify you through an email.

Once you have shortlisted the products you wish to buy, select the size & color, click Add to Bag, and view your cart. Here you can enter the coupon/voucher code, click on Apply Code, and follow the rest of the instructions to place your order.

Q1. How can I check the estimated shipping time to my home?

You can simply enter your pin code on the page of your selected product, to check the estimated shipping time to your home. We promise you a quick, smooth, and secure delivery.

 

Q2. How can I track my shipment?

You can simply track your order through the “My Orders” section in your RAJ SHREE Account. Shipment tracking status is updated every 12 hours.

 

Q3. My pin code isn’t serviceable. Can you help?

We have partnered with the best logistics firm to ensure that we reach every part of the country and the world. We are sorry to know that our logistics partner doesn’t support your pin code. Please share your query through Email, WhatsApp, Live Chat, we will try to see what best can be done. :-)

 

Q4. What are your shipping charges?

Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above INR 1500 within India. A standard shipping fee of INR 100 (non-refundable) is applicable on all orders under INR 1500.

For Cash-On-Delivery orders, an additional fee of INR 150 (non-refundable) per order would be charged.


Q5. I have received a tampered/torn package. What should I do?

Please DO NOT ACCEPT any torn or tampered package. Please click photos of the package and share with us through Email, WhatsApp, Live Chat within 48 hours of delivery of the product. Our team will resolve your query.

Return & Exchange-related Queries

Q1. What is the RAJ SHREE 15 DAY return-exchange policy?

At RAJ SHREE, we make each garment with lots of efforts and <3 keeping in mind our customer’s taste for latest, elegant and comfortable fashion. However, we understand you may wish to exchange or return the product due to size/fitting issues, etc. Here’s our size guide for future reference.

 

RAJ SHREE 15 DAY return-exchange policy allows our customers to return or exchange the product within 15 calendar days of its delivery. The product must be in its original condition (including tags, packaging, and additional items added to the package). More details:

 

  If you wish to exchange/return a delivered product, please go to the “My Orders” section in your RAJ SHREE Account, and click on the Return / Exchange option. A pick-up will be scheduled for the product.

   The product must be unused and in its original condition (including invoice, tags, inner and outer packaging, and any additional items that might have been added to the package).

   Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a Quality Check process. If the product passes the check, we will issue a refund to you, else we will ship the product back to you.

   You would receive the refund of the product amount in the same payment source which you used to make this purchase within 20-25 business days from initiating the return/exchange request. Any payment made towards shipping or cash-on-delivery charges would not be refunded.

●  We accept only size Exchanges i.e. you can exchange a product only for its other size and NOT for another product. Exchanges are subject to the availability of the stock.

   If you wish to exchange a product for another product, you would have to return the first one and place a new order for the second one.

   We accept returns/exchanges only for products purchased from www.therajshree.com  or through our social media. We do not entertain any return/exchange product requests for purchases made through online resellers or physical stores.

  Please process return and exchange on the same order in one go to avoid unnecessary complications. Read Q4 for details.


Q2. How do I place a product return request?

You can place a request to return a product through the “My Orders” section in your RAJ SHREE Account. Click on the selected product and then click on “Return”.


Please ensure that the product is unused, unwashed, and packed in its original condition along with tags, invoice copy, etc. You will be notified about the date of pick-up through email and SMS. Please keep the product ready and hand it over to the pick-up person.


Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes the Quality Check, we will refund the product amount in the same payment source which you used to make this purchase within 20-25 business days from initiating the return/exchange request. Any payment made towards shipping or cash-on-delivery charges would not be refunded.

 

Q3. How do I place a product exchange request?

You can place a request to exchange a product through the “My Orders” section in your RAJ SHREE Account. Click on the selected product, click on “Exchange”, and select the required size.

 

Please ensure that the product is unused, unwashed, and packed in its original condition along with tags, invoice copy, etc. You will be notified about the date of pick-up through email and SMS. Please keep the product ready and hand it over to the pick-up person.

 

Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes the Quality Check, we will ship the requested size of the product to you. In case, the requested size is not available, we will refund the product amount to you.

 

Q4. Can I return multiple products from the same order?

Yes, you can return multiple products from the same order. But you’ll have to place the return/exchange request for all of them at the same time. 

In case, after placing a return/exchange request for a product, you place another return/exchange request for a product on the same order/invoice number, then you’ll have to self-ship your second product to our address. We will process the return but would not arrange for another pick-up on the same order. Please ensure that all return/exchange requests are placed within 15 calendar days of the product delivery.

Any product self-shipped after 3 days of raising a return request will not be considered.

 

Q6. Why has my return/exchange request been declined?

It seems that the product you sent for return or exchange has not passed our Quality Check. It might have not been found in its original condition - may be damaged or used or tags/packaging might be missing. You can send a query through email at info@theRAJ SHREE.com.

 

Q7. I have received a damaged/incorrect/torn shipment. What should I do?

We strive our best to provide a quick, smooth and secure delivery to you. However, nothing is infallible. Please share photos of the package with us through Email, WhatsApp, Live Chat within 48 hours of delivery of the product. Our team will resolve your query.

 

Q8. I have not received the product, but the ‘My Order’ section shows it delivered. What should I do?

We have partnered with the best logistics firm to ensure quick, smooth, and secure delivery to you. In case, you have not received the order, we request you to reach out to us through Email, WhatsApp, Live Chat within 48 hours of the delivery intimation from our end. We shall arrange a proof of delivery for you within 3 business days of your complaint from our logistics partner.

 

Any complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the delivery intimation may not be considered.

 

 

Refund & Cancellation-related Queries


Q1. How long does it take to receive a refund for the returned product?

The end-to-end process of product return takes about 20-25 business days. The product is picked up within 4-5 business days of placing the return request. It further takes 7-8 business days to reach the warehouse and another 3-4 business days for the Quality Check process. Once the product passes the check, a refund is issued within 2-3 business days and lastly, it may take up to 5-6 business days to credit - depending upon the payment source.

 

In case of any refund discrepancies, RAJ SHREE may at its sole discretion, request you to share a screenshot of your bank statement for verification.

 

Q2. I placed an order mistakenly, can I cancel it?

You may cancel an order until it has been shipped from our warehouse - which typically takes 12-14 hours. Go to the “My Orders” section in your RAJ SHREE Account and select the product to cancel the order.

Your order amount will be credited to the same payment source within 8-10 business days.
